Our Founder
Janet R. Ford, President and owner of ACM, has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and an Associates Degree in Business Administration, from Oregon State University (OSU). She remains involved with the university as a member of the OSU Board of Practitioners, Department of Microbiology for curriculum development.
Ms. Ford formerly served as a sales representative, marketing Cleanroom products. Ms. Ford then founded ACM Corporation, and noted "The common janitorial companies did not recognize the expertise required, and were unable to address the complex organizational and technical issues involved with cleanroom cleaning
Additionally, Ford is CEO of Ford Technologies, Inc., engaged in manufacturing a well known cleanroom detergent: Nova Clean Floor Cleaner, Lab & Glass Cleaner, and LoNa Hand Soap.
Ms. Ford co-chaired a committee for the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IES), drafting the Recommended Practice IES-RP-23, Viable Particles in Cleanrooms and Clean Work Areas. She has published works for cleanroom and microcontamination symposiums and tutorials.
Janet is a hands-on President, and dedicates her time in all facets developing the business. Because of her first hand experience and knowledge of the industry, she is able to develop management teams, training tools and protocol systems that guarantee effortless control. Ms. Ford is a world-renowned authority in the field of Cleanroom Microcleaning and Build Clean Services. |
